Privacy Policy

How Motion Systems collects, uses and protects the personal data of visitors to www.ts10.eu.

Privacy policy

The protection of Users' privacy is especially important to Motion Systems. Users of the www.ts10.eu website are therefore guaranteed high standards of privacy protection, and Motion Systems, as the Data Administrator, ensures the security of the data provided by Users.

The Administrator also aims to inform Users properly about the rights and obligations related to the processing of personal data, in particular in relation to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the "GDPR"). This document therefore sets out the legal grounds for processing the personal data Users provide in connection with their use of the www.ts10.eu website (the "Website"), the ways in which personal data are collected, processed and protected, and the rights Users have.

A User is any natural person to whom the data relate and who uses the www.ts10.eu website or the electronic services available through it.

The administrator of the personal data provided by a User on the www.ts10.eu website is Motion Systems Michał Stanek, Miedziana 7, 55-003 Nadolice Wielkie, Poland, VAT PL8862563627 (the "Administrator").

Consent of the User

Using the www.ts10.eu website means that the User accepts that the Administrator collects and uses personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

The personal data of Website Users are processed by the Administrator on the basis of their consent and, in the cases described in this document, on the basis of the Administrator's legitimate interest. A User has the right to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of that consent before it was withdrawn.

If this Privacy Policy changes and the User continues to use the Website, this is treated as acceptance of the current terms of the Privacy Policy.

Personal data processed by the Administrator

How personal data are obtained

The Administrator obtains personal data directly from the User through the Website, when the User completes the contact form available on the Website or writes to the e-mail address published on the Website.

Providing the personal data contained in the contact form is voluntary.

Types of personal data processed

Through the Website, the Administrator collects the following personal data about the User:

  • name and surname
  • e-mail address
  • telephone number
  • message content
  • company name
  • company address

Purposes of processing personal data

How the Administrator processes a User's data depends on how the User uses the Website and the functionality available on it.

Communication with the User

The Administrator uses the User's personal data to communicate with them in a personalized way. The information communicated relates to the products and services offered, the security of personal data, updates and reminders, and to offers from the Administrator or its partners. Communication also covers customer service: personal data are used to help the User, resolve technical problems and answer complaints.

Presenting offers electronically

The purpose of using the personal data a User provides through the contact form is marketing communication carried out by the Administrator as part of its business, in particular presenting commercial offers to the User by electronic means or by telephone.

The Administrator may also process the personal data provided in the contact form for the following purposes:

  • to conclude and perform a possible agreement between the User and the Administrator, and to serve the User as the Administrator's client, under art. 6(1)(b) GDPR
  • to carry out financial settlements with a User who is a client of the Administrator in connection with a possible agreement between the parties, and to pursue any claims against such a User under the Administrator's legitimate interest, under art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, as well as to comply with the Administrator's legal obligations towards the tax authorities under separate provisions, under art. 6(1)(c) GDPR
  • to carry out the Administrator's marketing activities as part of its legitimate interest under art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, and in line with any declarations regarding marketing communication submitted to the Administrator; consent given for marketing communication (for example, to receive commercial information by e-mail, or to be contacted by telephone for direct marketing) may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal
  • to meet the Administrator's legal obligations towards the User set out in the GDPR, under art. 6(1)(c) GDPR

Sharing of personal data

The Administrator does not sell Users' personal data, and does not disclose it to third parties for those parties' own purposes.

The services described below - Google Analytics and Google Ads - process data on the Administrator's behalf, as processors, in the scope and for the purposes set out in those sections.

Users' rights

At every stage of processing, a User has a number of rights: to access their data, to verify that the data are processed correctly, to have them corrected, to object to the processing, and to request that the data be erased, that processing be restricted, or that the data be transferred.

The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

A User whose personal data are processed by the Administrator has the right to lodge a complaint with the authority competent for personal data protection (the President of the Personal Data Protection Office).

Cookies

The Administrator informs Users that short text files known as cookies are saved on the User's device while they use the Website. Cookies contain data such as the User's IP address, the name of the website they come from, how long they are stored on the device, saved parameters and statistics, and a unique number. Cookies are sent to the Website's server by the web browser installed on the User's device.

Cookies are used on the Website to:

The Website uses two types of cookies: session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are deleted automatically from the User's device after they leave the Website or close the browser. Persistent cookies are stored on the device for the time set in their parameters, or until the User deletes them, and are installed only with the User's consent.

Web browsers accept cookies by default. Every User can change their browser settings at any time so that it blocks cookies automatically or notifies them each time a cookie is placed on their device. Detailed information about handling cookies is available in the settings of the browser the User uses. Restricting cookies may affect how correctly and continuously the Website works.

Cookies can be considered personal data only in combination with other identifying data that the User provides to the Administrator while using the Website. Only the Administrator has access to the cookies processed by the Website's server. A User who does not agree to information being saved and read in cookies can change the cookie rules in their browser settings.

  • maintain the technical correctness and continuity of sessions between the Website's server and the User's device
  • optimize how the User uses the Website and how it is displayed on their device
  • keep use of the Website secure
  • collect visit statistics that help improve the structure and content of the Website

Google Analytics

The Administrator uses Google Analytics, a service provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA), to analyze traffic on the Website. The data collected are processed in an anonymized form (usage data that does not allow a person to be identified) to produce statistics that help the Administrator run the Website. These data are aggregated and anonymous: they contain no identifying features of the people who visit the Website. Through this service the Administrator collects data such as the source and medium that brought a visitor to the Website and how they behave on it, information about the devices and browsers they use, IP address and domain, geographical data, demographic data (age, gender) and interests.

A User can stop Google Analytics receiving information about their activity on the Website by installing the browser add-on provided by Google Inc., available at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

Google Ads

The Administrator uses Google Ads, a service provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA), to present products and services in Google search results and on websites in the Google advertising network. A User who types certain phrases into the search engine may be shown an advertisement related to those words. Google Ads analyzes how effective the advertisements published on Google websites are, which allows products and services to be matched more closely to what Users are looking for. When a User clicks an advertising banner published by Google, cookies are saved on their computer, phone or tablet within Google Ads. The information collected is statistical only and serves to identify the advertising banner.

Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Google Analytics and Google Ads are provided by Google. Using them means that data collected through those services may be transferred to servers located in the United States, outside the European Economic Area.

Such a transfer takes place on the basis of the European Commission's adequacy decision of 10 July 2023 concerning the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which Google LLC is certified. Where a particular transfer falls outside that framework, it takes place on the basis of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission in accordance with art. 46(2)(c) GDPR.

Both services run under Google Consent Mode. Until the User accepts analytics or marketing cookies in the banner, the corresponding storage stays denied and no identifiers are written to the User's device; requests to Google may still occur, without those identifiers. The User can change or withdraw that choice at any time through the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

Other important information

Security of personal data

The Administrator applies appropriate measures to keep Users' personal data secure. Safe use of the Website is ensured by the systems and procedures in place, which protect against unwanted access to and disclosure of data. Those systems and processes are monitored regularly so that possible threats are detected. The personal data the Administrator obtains are stored in computer systems to which access is strictly limited.

Storage of personal data

How long Users' personal data are stored depends on the purposes of processing. The Administrator stores personal data for as long as is necessary to achieve those purposes, that is, for the period in which the Administrator conducts its business. In each case, once the necessary processing period has ended, the data may be processed only in order to pursue claims arising from the relationship between the parties, until those claims are finally settled in accordance with the law.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may change so that the information it contains stays up to date and compliant with applicable law. The Administrator recommends that Users read it regularly.
